The 2016 China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair (CIEF for short) were held at the China Import and Export Commodities Fair Exhibition Hall for a period of two days. This event was jointly organized by the China Association for Science and Technology, the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Guangzhou Municipal Government, and others. The opening ceremony of the exhibition was officially launched on May 27, 2016 in Pazhou. The assistant to the group president and the sales director of the South China region were invited to attend the opening ceremony. Guangdong Guoneng Zhonglin Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, was selected for the environmental protection exhibition project at the Science and Technology Fair with its "high moisture organic waste room temperature dehydration and multi effect drying technology". This technology is a pre-treatment technology for high moisture organic waste. Currently, high moisture organic waste, such as traditional Chinese medicine residue, reed residue from the papermaking industry, industrial organic sludge, municipal organic sludge, etc., requires a large amount of energy to be processed through conventional dehydration and drying processes in order to achieve resource utilization. The treatment cost is extremely high, which is difficult for enterprises to bear, making it difficult to achieve resource utilization of high moisture organic waste. The room temperature dehydration process developed by the R&D team of Guoneng Zhonglin Industrial Company adopts "modified agent dehydration technology" and "ultra-high pressure plate and frame pressure filtration technology", allowing a mixture with a moisture content of 95% to be dehydrated to a moisture content of 40% in one go. The dehydration depth and effect are very significant. The "multi effect drying" process uses the principle of vacuum to reach the evaporation point when reaching 50 degrees Celsius. This process greatly reduces the energy consumption required for drying and dries the mixture to a moisture content of 10%. At this point, the mixture can be used for resource utilization through methods such as incineration and pyrolysis. The pre-treatment process for high moisture organic waste, which combines "room temperature dehydration technology" and "multi effect drying technology," reduces energy consumption by up to 50% compared to traditional processes, technically breaking through the economic bottleneck of resource utilization of high moisture organic waste and achieving better resource utilization.
